What can I expect during a coaching session? 

You can bring any topic, situation, feeling, goal, outcome, etc. in your life with which you are are feeling stuck. If you don’t know what you want to discuss then I will be ready with some exercises that we can work through together.

I’ve coached others on career choices, their marriages, relationships with parents and children, health, weight loss, confidence, goals, anxious thoughts, big upsets, dating, making more money, procrastination, spirituality, making decisions, etc. Nothing is “too small or insignificant” to be coached on. Often the “small issues” we deal with in life are the best ones to work on.

I will not be flooding you with advice or with my own stories. I’m there to show you what is going on in your brain, how to process emotions healthily, and I'll share a variety of powerful tools.

It’s okay to feel nervous before being coached, it’s actually very normal to feel that way. I have been coached by other coaches a lot over the years and I used to always be nervous beforehand and I always get something powerful from it! I love being coached! My goal is to be a very safe place for you and to provide opportunities for personal insight and empowerment. 

Why I recommend coaching? 

Over the last 6+ years, I’ve been learning as much as I can about coaching and in turn I’ve become much more self-compassionate, curious about my thoughts, and open to believing new things about myself. I feel less fear about the future, more confidence, more love for myself and others, and I feel capable of achieving the things that I desire in my life. I LOVE the tools and processes of “thought work” that I learned at The Life Coach School - it all has made such an incredible impact on my life.
