LIFE COACHING

I coach smart women who want to feel physically and emotionally energized!

Hello friends or soon-to-be friends!

About six years ago, my sister told me about a podcast that talked about thought work and said, "I think this is what we've been looking for." At the time, I was pregnant with our third child and often worried about how I would know what the "right number of children" was going to be for our family. It was something I fretted about a lot because I didn't know how we were going to make such a big decision and I didn't want to regret this choice in the future. As I organized the kids' closet one day, I was listening to this podcast and heard the podcaster/life coach, Jody Moore, say something that I'll never forget. She was talking about this very topic and essentially said, "You get to DECIDE how you are going to feel about your decision now and you get to DECIDE in the future if you are going to feel regret about it. It is a CHOICE to feel regret. Regret comes from believing regretful thoughts."

The idea that "regret was a choice" really blew my mind! I had always seen regret as being something that happened to us as a consequence of our actions and she had just said that it was something I could decide to not have. I had to know how I could see my life through this new lens and so I started inhaling her podcast, coaching program and then took the huge leap and certified at The Life Coach School, her Alma Mater.

Thanks to this incredible journey, I don't fear the future like I used to. I more am open to feeling the negative emotions that come with life. I don't quiet my dreams as much as I used to. I now consider what is possible in my life with more curiosity and less judgment. I don't harshly berate myself like I used to. I have learned to be gentle  and hold space for myself. Thought work has helped me progress in almost every area of my life: my relationship with myself and loved ones, parenting, faith, health, vision, goals, travel ambitions, business, exercise and nutrition, etc. I love being a weight-loss and life coach for busy moms because I deeply appreciate moms and want all of them to be empowered with these incredible tools.

I graduated from Brigham Young University-Idaho with my bachelor's degree in Communications and then from The University of Utah with my master's degree in Real Estate Development. I have worked extensively in real estate investing and property management, in multiple restaurants, owned several small businesses, including a nutrition company and worked as a health coach. I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served a year and a half long mission in Montevideo, Uruguay, where I learned Spanish. I am a wife and mother of five children. We live in Athens, Georgia and together we love to travel, make new recipes, read, find the best restaurants and go on walks.

My clients are dear to me and I love being able to walk with them on their journeys and hope you will let me walk with you too!
